Just Eat appears unphased by the growing competition in their market. The online food delivery service has fast become a popular avenue for start-ups, and with rivals such as “Deliveroo” gaining momentum you would think that it’s a cause for concern. However the revenues for the previous for the previous six months prior to the end of June demonstrated a rise to £14m and increase in orders.
“Just Eat, a web-based platform that acts as go-between linking takeaway restaurants with customers, now expects to post full-year revenues of £230m, up from an earlier forecast of just above £200m, as it continues to grow at break-neck speed.” Ben Martin, The Telegraph
