JJ Foodservice has launched cooked and sliced doner kebab to support restaurants.
“As restaurants convert to takeaway and delivery, we want to help them to serve quality kebab – the easy way,” said Chief Product Officer, Sezer Ozkul.
The doner is available in chicken and lamb variants and can be microwaved from frozen in two to three minutes.
“This helps to improve convenience for busy caterers – simply add warm tortilla or pitta and salad to service”, said Sezer.
To help shops promote the dish, JJ is offering free, downloadable POS. Prices start from just £9.99 for 4 x 500g.
