Thank you to Suna from our Enfield Branch for hosting an inspiring session on ‘Mindfulness’ at our monthly Breakfast Club.

Mindfulness is a mixture of meditation, breathing and focused awareness of things as they really are, which has shown to help people to deal with stress and to promote well being.
