JJ Food Service has launched a Did We Deliver campaign to encourage customers to rate local branches using Google My Business – the best bit, employees can vote for their own teams, too!
The campaign follows the successful Five Star Employee initiative, which encouraged customers to vote for their favourite worker via Facebook or Google.
The 12-week initiative attracted more than 360 Five-Star Nominations for employees ranging from drivers and sales managers to counter staff and telesales. Most reviews were received via Facebook, boosting JJ’s average rating to 4.8 out of 5 stars.
The winners were Toni blockhouse and Karolina Kasperczak from JJ Food Service Basingstoke (well done ladies!), who received 52% of all votes between them and were awarded £250 each.
JJ Food Service Group General Manager Terry Larkin said, “People are our greatest asset which is why we continuously recognise and reward great service. Our new campaign is about team work and the branch with the most Five Star Reviews will receive £1000*.”
JJ has eleven UK branches, each with its own Google listing. “People rely on reviews when deciding where to shop,” said Terry. “By encouraging caterers and food outlets to share their positive experiences, we are giving new customers the confidence to shop with us.”
Head of Comms at JJ Elit Rowland said, “Some of our branches are bigger than others – but size is irrelevant. It’s about team work and service. Many smaller branches, including Basingstoke, have demonstrated exceptional team spirit and customer engagement.”
Nominations must be placed via the local branch’s Google My Business listing. The branch with the most Five Star Nominations by January 5th will win £1000, to be distributed to customer-facing employees at the branch manager’s discretion.
Employees are eligible to vote once for their own teams. Terms and conditions apply.
