We had a great training day at JJ Enfield this week including a top talk from Mo Yassin (pictured) at fast-growing sushi chain, You Me Sushi.
The morning kicked off with a look at the general Pan Asian UK trends, shared by our Group General Manager, Terry Larkin, followed by a Mo’s valuable insight on ‘What Sushi Customers’ Want’. The morning ended with a delicious sushi sampling session, courtesy of You Me Sushi.
We were also joined by batter and mozzarella suppliers who shared valuable information around new products.
100% of the team who attended – a mixture of sales managers and the purchasing and marketing departments – agreed that the sessions helped them to build product knowledge and confidence.
A big thank you to everyone who attended, particularly You Me Sushi and Brian from Kerry Foods who’s talks were voted the most popular.
