Today we spoke with JJ Foodservice customer, Elena, owner of North London’s beautiful Sushi Rise restaurant.
If you enjoy stunning food under a magical setting of beautiful lights and upside-down umbrellas, pop in to this quirky little eatery in Crouch End.

Despite only trading for a year, the restaurant is well loved by the local community and has received top marks on Trip Advisor – well done guys!

Beautiful spread – try everything from Rolls and Nigiri to Masako and Futomaki
Interestingly, Elena is Lithuanian and has been a sushi lover since she was very young. She opened her first successful sushi restaurant in her hometown and, keen to take on a challenge, she sold the the business and opened a new restaurant in London with her partner (and co-owner) Francesco, an successful property manager and ex musician.
“He decided to join me in this wonderful venture and our passion for creating a beautiful venue led us to where we are today,” says Elena.
We’d like to congratulate Elena and team on their first successful year of trading – here’s to many more!
