Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I being charged for a delivery?
If you are placing an order for delivery the very next day, we would like to encourage you to order by 6pm.
But we understand that you need us to be flexible, so we offer a last-minute service between 6pm-9pm.
From November 15th, this will be a paid-for service costing £3 (if the order is being delivered the very next day).
What if I order between 6pm-9pm and it’s not arriving the very next day?
Then you will not be charged. We only charge £3 for orders placed between 6pm-9pm that are being delivered the very next day.
For example, if you place an order on Tuesday between 6pm-9pm and your next available delivery day is Thursday, you will not be charged.
If you place the same order on Wednesday between 6pm-9pm for Thursday delivery, you will be charged £3.
Can I still have a free delivery ?
Yes, if you order by 6pm for a Next Day or a future date delivery, it’s free.
You deliver to my area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When would I get charged?
You will only be charged if you place your order between 6pm-9pm on Monday for a Tuesday delivery or between 6pm-9pm on Wednesday for a Thursday delivery. Everything else stays the same and there are no changes to your delivery days.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you have placed your order before 6pm, you can still make changes to it until 6pm.
After 6pm, you can add products to your delivery, but you will need to create a new order and a delivery fee of £3 will be applicable.
The good news is that you do not need to meet the minimum order requirement with your new order. It will arrive with the rest of your goods and at the same time.
